Hi, I’m Eli.
I’m the owner of Royce Computer Care. I’m currently studying Information Technology with a focus on Cybersecurity, and I started this service to gain real-world experience while helping people locally with everyday tech problems.
I’ve always been the person friends and family call when a computer stops working, needs an upgrade, or just isn’t behaving the way it should. My goal is to do quality work, communicate clearly, and build long-term trust.

Are you a full-time repair shop?
No—Royce Computer Care is a small service I operate alongside full-time work and college. I take on a limited number of jobs at a time so I can do quality work and communicate clearly.
How fast is turnaround?
It depends on the issue and my current workload. I’ll always be upfront about timing before I start. If something is urgent and I can’t meet the timeline, I’ll tell you right away.
Do you upsell parts or services?
No. If you need a part or upgrade, I’ll explain why and give options. If it doesn’t make sense to spend the money, I’ll say so.
Do you work on Macs too?
I can help with some Mac issues depending on what you need. Send the details and I’ll tell you if it’s a good fit.
